Prof. RK Narendra
Prof. Rajkumar Narendra Singh, Chairman of Savio English Higher Secondary School, is an eminent academician, distinguished demographer, and visionary educationist with over four decades of rich experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. After obtaining his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Patna University, he served with distinction as Professor and Head of the Department of Biostatistics at the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. He has also been associated with several eminent universities in India and abroad.
A scholar of high repute, Prof. Singh has successfully guided 10 Ph.D. and 3 M.Phil. scholars and has published more than 100 research papers in reputed national and international journals. He is the author of seven books, including internationally published works, and has contributed 14 chapters to edited volumes. A sought-after speaker, he has delivered over 200 invited lectures and talks at various academic and professional forums. His lifelong dedication to education and societal welfare reflects his unwavering commitment to shaping future generations.
With the assumption of responsibility by the new management under his dynamic Chairmanship, Savio English Higher Secondary School is undergoing a remarkable phase of transformation and evolutionary growth.
